Binance started restoring withdrawal services in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals were successfully restored across all 15 networks and assets included in the initial phase.

Following an early surge, withdrawal activity has gradually decreased and is now stabilising as expected. Meanwhile, deposit volumes have remained strong.

From 06:00 to 15:30 UTC on November 1, Binance processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This accounts for just 2.1% of Binance's total $171 billion assets under management (AUM), according to the latest Proof of Reserves (PoR) data dated October 28, 2026.

A fresh PoR snapshot was captured at 00:00 UTC on October 31, with zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) calculations now underway. The updated report is expected to be published on the official PoR website tomorrow.

Our team is continuing extensive testing of the remaining networks and assets to ensure a safe and reliable withdrawal experience. Further updates regarding the next restoration phase will be shared as soon as they are available.

Market conditions remain stable.

Thank you for your patience, trust, and continued support.
