#Binance: Update on Recovery Progress Following Security Incident - Phased Resumption of Withdrawal Services
Binance plans to resume the first phase of withdrawal services between November 1, 2026, 14:00 and 17:00 (UTC+8). Deposit services are operating normally.
The first phase will gradually open withdrawal services for certain networks and assets. Please check the withdrawal page or network status page for specific availability. We will determine the order of restoration based on user demand data, and each asset will be carefully opened after completing security checks. Due to high initial traffic, some withdrawals may experience delays. If a withdrawal fails, please try again later.
Regarding asset replenishment, BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC have all achieved 100% full reserve support. Binance has currently replenished approximately 95% of the affected assets. The remaining 5% are coins with lower liquidity and require more time to acquire.
Binance emphasizes that user funds are safe and will bear the full losses of the funds stolen in this security incident. After the investigation is completed, a post-mortem report will be released.
