⚡ $HYPE Leads the Week as the NYSE Owner Backs Hyperliquid's US Perps Plan

Hyperliquid's HYPE is trading near $88.16 on Sunday, 1 November, up about 0.3% in 24 hours — and up about 15% this week, the best gain among the top 50 coins, while $BTC fell about 3% over the same week.

What happened, in simple words:
• On Thursday, 29 October, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) — the company behind the New York Stock Exchange — agreed with Trade[XYZ] to build a US-regulated perpetual futures market on Hyperliquid's technology, pending regulatory approval
• Perpetual futures, or perps, are contracts that track a price without an expiry date, and this plan would bring round-the-clock trading to US traders through regulated brokers
• HYPE jumped about 17% that day to near $95, close to its September record high of about $98 — then cooled back toward $88

Levels traders are watching: support near $87.15, then $82.62. Resistance sits at $88.78, then $93.50 and $98. If $88.78 breaks, $93.50 is next; if $87.15 breaks, $82.62 is next.

What it means: HYPE is the week's standout because a Wall Street giant chose Hyperliquid's technology — but the US market still needs regulatory approval before it launches, so the rally now has to prove it can hold.

Do you think $HYPE reclaims $93.50 next — or cools back toward $82.62 first?
