A $160 MILLION Bitcoin dispute is heading to court in the UK.

Ping Fai Yuen claims his wife secretly accessed his Trezor wallet and stole 2,323 $BTC , worth more than £160 million.

According to court documents, his wife and sister-in-law allegedly recorded him entering his wallet credentials before transferring the Bitcoin across 71 different addresses.

The dispute began after their relationship broke down. Yuen discovered the transactions and took legal action.

In March 2026, a UK judge ruled that his claim had a very strong prospect of success. The ruling was not a final judgment confirming the alleged theft.

A chilling reminder of how much control comes with self-custody.
