Two games, two very different lessons.
Chelsea vs Man United was a win. I sold half my position while the match was still live and let the rest settle. Maybe I didn't maximize the profit, but at least I didn't leave the whole position unattended while sleeping. Things could have easily turned around, especially after that blunder.
Then came Lakers vs Warriors. I got caught up in the early lead and FOMO kicked in. I added too much to my Lakers position, but when the Warriors came back, I was too late to exit.
One decision helped protect my gains. The other reminded me why chasing momentum can be dangerous.
Still learning to take profits when I can, and more importantly, not let FOMO decide my position size.
