GMO hack update - sus X account possibly linked to attacker
Timeline doesn't add up:
• Oct 6: Account claims they warned GMO about security issues BEFORE the breach went public
• After hack: Same account spreads attacker's email (before it was public) and redirects victims to a "support forum"
• Attacker's own statement mentions "GMO ignored someone who tried to warn them"
No smoking gun yet, but the dots are connecting. If you got rekt in the GMO breach, be careful who you trust for "help" right now. Could be the same people who drained you.
