$DOT flushed from 1.01 to 0.889 two days ago, wicked 0.867 the next session, and has been chopping 0.95 to 0.98 since. 24h range is 0.949 to 0.983. Ten days ago it was trading near 1.14, so the bounce hasn't won back much.
On the NanoTrading Fire chart (4h) the closest fuel sits right overhead: short liquidation clusters labeled about $28.3M and $30.5M stacked around 0.99 to 1.00. Below price the long liquidation bands are thick at 0.90 to 0.94. Volume POC is way up at 1.161 and value area low is about 1.004, so price is trading under value.
Positioning leans long. About 59% of accounts are long (L/S 1.44) and top traders are around 70% long by position (ratio 2.36). OI is flat at roughly 31M DOT (~$30M) and funding just flipped back positive to ~0.01% after a negative print. Nobody is adding size here.
My read: 1.00 is the line. A 4h close back above it probably pulls those short bands in and opens a move toward value. Keep getting rejected under 0.98 and I think the 0.90 to 0.94 long pocket gets tested first.
