QNT Reclaims 200 and Breaks Above the Moving Averages: Early Recovery or Another Bounce?
Quant is trading at $199.80, up about 5.05% on the day, and the 4H chart shows a steady recovery after a choppy stretch.
After a sharp spike to $223.96, QNT faded and spent several sessions grinding lower, eventually bottoming at $175.15. The long lower wick at that low shows buyers stepped in firmly. Since then, price has built a series of higher lows and pushed up through all three moving averages, which were bunched together around 195.
The 24h range sits between $189.06 and $208.67, and the latest candle is red, so a small pullback is happening right at the 200 level. Volume has stayed low throughout the recovery, which means the move is not yet backed by strong buying.
What I’m watching:
MA(7) at ~197.01: Price is just above it and it is turning upward. This is the first support if the current pullback extends.
MA(25) at ~195.18 and MA(99) at ~195.22: Both are flat and tightly clustered just below price. Holding above this zone is key, since it now acts as the main support area.
Support at ~189.06 and ~175.15: The first is the 24h low and the second is the wick low. Losing 175 would damage the whole setup.
Resistance at ~208.67 and ~223.96: The 24h high comes first, then the recent peak.
My take: QNT looks better than most of the market, since price has reclaimed the moving averages and they are no longer sloping hard downward. That said, volume is thin and the latest red candle shows buyers have not taken full control yet. A strong 4H close above 208 with rising volume would confirm the recovery, while a drop back under 195 would put the setup in doubt.
