U.S. spot $BTC and $ETH ETFs flipped to heavy net outflows on October 30, 2026, wiping a fresh four-day inflow streak in a single session.

Crypto Briefing, TokenPost, and Alpha Finance citing SoSoValue-style flow data put Bitcoin spot ETFs at about $643 million in net outflows that day, led by IBIT near $234 million and FBTC near $201 million. Spot Ethereum ETFs added roughly $156 million in outflows, with ETHA alone about $76.6 million. Combined same-day outflows totaled around $799 million.

That print more than erased the October 26–29 Bitcoin spot ETF inflow streak of roughly $424–441 million. Context still matters: BTC spot ETF AUM sits near the $98–104 billion range, with cumulative inflows since January 2024 around $57 billion, so one session is a dent, not a wipeout. Treat the flip as risk management and profit-taking data, not a forecast.
