$LINK #LINK

Chainlink is up 4.18 percent at 11.50 dollars while most majors are flat or down. Is that strength, or is that a trap? That is the question that matters, not the green candle itself.

LINK is trading in a 24 hour range of 10.91 to 11.72 dollars, from fresh CoinGecko data on 31 October 2026. Bitcoin is at 77,412 dollars, Ethereum at 2,245 dollars. My opinion is that a 4 percent jump in a fearful market can be real buying, or it can be a short squeeze that fades as soon as Bitcoin stalls. The difference is what happens at 11.72 dollars. A hold above it with volume would tell me buyers are serious. A rejection there would tell me this was a fade setup, which is why my earlier short zone was 11.50 to 11.70 dollars. I am not chasing green candles in a hack week, I am waiting for the level to confirm.
