This is a conditional setup, awaiting confirmation â not a market entry at the current price around $0.2327. LSK spiked hard to $0.2550 on very high volume, closed that candle well below its high at $0.2419, and has since printed lower highs at $0.2438, $0.2404 and $0.2380. That is why I like this one: the spike is being rejected, not followed through.
Why I like this one: if price retests the $0.2380-$0.2440 zone and gets rejected again, the move back toward $0.2250, then $0.2160 and $0.2070, the pre-spike levels, makes sense. If it does not retest, there is no trade here.
Invalidation: a 1H close above $0.2550, the spike high. SL is $0.2560, just beyond it.
