What NOT to Do in Trading

Many traders do not lose because the market is hard. They lose because of a few simple habits they repeat again and again. If you avoid these mistakes, you already protect yourself better than most beginners.

Do this:
✅ Trade only with a clear plan — entry, stop-loss and target decided before you enter.
✅ Risk a small amount on each trade, so one loss never wipes you out.
✅ Wait for your setup, and stay calm when the market moves fast.
✅ Learn from every trade, win or loss, and write down what worked.

Do NOT do this:
❌ Do not buy at a FOMO peak just because everyone else is buying.
❌ Do not panic sell when the price dips for a short time.
❌ Do not trade without a stop-loss, and do not use too much leverage.
❌ Do not do revenge trading after a loss — doubling your size to recover fast usually loses even more.

One common mistake: buying at a FOMO peak. A coin pumps fast, people rush in at the top hoping it keeps going, and then the price falls back. The better move is simple: wait for a calm retest or a clear setup, and if you missed the move, let it go. There will always be another trade.

Success does not come in one day. It comes from discipline, patience, risk management and learning every day.
