Blockchain investigator ZachXBT says North Korea-linked hacking group TraderTraitor, previously associated with the $388 million Bitget exploit, may also be behind the reported $6.3 billion Binance hack.
The key connection is that funds stolen in both incidents reportedly ended up at the same blockchain address, raising suspicions of a shared attacker or laundering network.
If the attribution is confirmed, it would point to a much broader operation involving North Korean-linked cybercrime. However, a shared destination address alone does not conclusively establish that the same group carried out both attacks
