Michael Saylor says Strategy could generate as much as $30 billion in digital credit without issuing new common stock and without needing Bitcoin to go higher first. That capacity is the pitch for keeping the BTC accumulation going.

The company is still shopping for more Bitcoin. If the credit path works as he describes it, the buy program does not depend on another equity raise or a fresh rally to fund itself.
