BTCUSD Daily Analysis | Institutional SMC Perspective 📊

Bitcoin is currently trading around $77,859, and the Daily timeframe is showing signs of short-term bearish pressure. After a strong bullish rally from the $62,216 region, BTC approached the Equal High Liquidity around $87,374, where significant rejection followed. Sellers stepped in near the $83,500–$84,500 supply zone, creating a bearish reaction and a sequence of lower highs. This indicates that sellers currently have control of the short-term market structure. Price has now entered an important demand area around $77,000–$78,500, where buyers may attempt to defend the market. The key support levels to monitor are $75,694 and $74,857. These levels could become important if selling pressure continues. However, entering a BUY position simply because price has reached demand would be risky. Institutional traders generally look for liquidity behavior, displacement and confirmation before considering an entry. The market needs to show clear evidence that buyers are returning before a bullish reversal can be considered valid.

What Happens Next? Two Important Scenarios: The first scenario is bullish. If Bitcoin sweeps sell-side liquidity below $75,694, followed by strong bullish displacement and a Market Structure Shift (MSS) on the 1H or 15M timeframe, buyers could regain control. A fresh bullish Order Block (OB) or Fair Value Gap (FVG), followed by a successful retest, may provide a potential long-entry opportunity. In this case, $80,000–$82,000 would be the first resistance region, followed by $83,500–$84,500. The second scenario is bearish. If BTC produces a strong Daily candle close below $74,857 and subsequently retests this broken support as resistance, bearish continuation could develop, with $62,216 remaining a lower downside reference. A third possibility is consolidation between $74,857 and $80,000, where patience is essential. My trading approach: HTF Zone → Liquidity Sweep → Displacement → MSS → OB/FVG → Retest → Entry. I will focus on confirmation rather than predicting the next move. Remember, smart trading is not about entering every market movement; it is about waiting for high-probability setups and managing risk with discipline. This is a technical market analysis, not financial advice.
