How much do they actually help?
Where they help a lot:
• For beginners: Cuts learning time. You don't need to understand indicators coding, and Market Brief + Tooltips stop you from making basic mistakes.
• For busy traders: You get personalized alerts and a 4-hour brief instead of watching charts 12 hours.
• For strategy builders: Biggest win. Previously you needed Pine Script or Python bots. Now you can go idea -> backtest -> live in 10 minutes without code.
Where they DON'T help / limits:
• Not a profit machine: Binance itself says "No AI output should be used as the sole basis for making a decision. AI output does not constitute any form of advice". Crypto is volatile, AI can hallucinate or overfit to past data.
• Paper trading is mandatory: A strategy that looked good in backtest can fail live. You must test.
• Credits & access: Free tier runs out fast if you ask many complex questions. And live trading still depends on your region.
• You are still in control / responsible: No strategy starts without your approval, and you can pause/revoke anytime.
If you are new, start with Binance AI free features (Market Brief + Top Movers). If you already have a clear idea like "DCA into ETH when fear & greed <25", try AI Pro in paper mode first, don't go live directly
