$BNB just lost $700 in a single hourly bar.

The tape: BNB held $744–$761 all day Oct 29. Then the 20:00 UTC hour printed O $744.90 → wick $680.00 → close $698.00, on $97.4M — the heaviest BNB hourly bar of the day by ~4x. That's -8.7% top-to-bottom in sixty minutes, and it closed under the line.

Live $696.88, -7.8% 24h, H $761.00 / L $680.00, $319.6M Binance volume / 1.23M trades.

This is the same 20:00 UTC hour that took out everything else tonight — the Intel earnings bomb (Q3 beat, Q4 guide killed, Kiryat Gat explosion offline) priced 24/7 on the tokenized stocks, $NEAR losing its $4.284 shelf. The whole board bled: $BTC -3.0%, SOL -5.3%, ETH -3.9%. BNB just ran ~2.5x weaker than BTC.

Honest framing: there is no fresh BNB headline — searched it, nothing new. This isn't a BNB story. It's the market cascade finding the big exchange token.

Both sides: 1h RSI 19.4, price miles under EMA20 $743 — washed-out capitulation tape. And buyers did show at the wick: the bar closed $18 above the $680 low. BNB is rank #4 and it often leads the recovery off washouts like this.

Levels: $700 is the broken line — an hourly close back above it = the break was a shakeout. $680 is the wick low — an hourly close below = deeper air. Overhead, the old $744–$761 base is the ceiling.

Not a call, either way.

Question: does $700 become the ceiling that caps every bounce from here, or was $680 the panic low that holds?
