Intercontinental Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange's parent, agreed to work with TradeXYZ on regulated US markets for Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures, subject to regulatory approvals. ICE plans to run the markets and create dedicated exchange and clearing infrastructure covering cryptocurrencies, equities, indices, commodities and forex. ICE is also making a strategic investment in TradeXYZ. HYPE gained 15% on Thursday and traded near $91.21 at publication. The agreement follows CFTC no-action relief in May and President Donald Trump's push to bring Hyperliquid into the United States.
