The short-term price action keeps forming lower highs inside a range, even though the daily and four-hour views are already pointing down. A clear drop below the range floor on a weak candle would confirm the move. If it pushes past that recent short-term peak, the bearish angle loses steam.

A clean invalidation ends the thesis — no averaging into it.
