$NEAR to $20?

I think people are seriously underestimating this setup.

Years of accumulation near the bottom.

Now we're finally seeing some strength.

$9 is my first major target.

$20 comes next if momentum really kicks in.

That's over 1,100% upside from the marked lows.

And I don't think this move will be slow.
