EVAA's open interest grew from 6.63M to 11.58M tokens in a day, and perp OI of 10.4M USDT now exceeds its estimated 6.3M market cap. AIN is the reverse picture: price is still up 131%, but 47M coins of open interest have left since the high and the 1h MACD histogram just turned negative.

Data: Binance USDT-M perpetuals, snapshot 2026-10-28 05:30 (Taipei, UTC+8), filtered to 24h quote volume of at least 20M USDT. Funding percentile is against each coin's last 90 settlements. "OI (coin)" is open interest counted in tokens. Liquidation zones are rough estimates from common leverage (50x/20x/10x), not exchange data. MC/FDV and unlocks come from public trackers (CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Tokenomist, TokenRadar, CryptoTicker, PatternPlus, Messari, project docs), recomputed at the Binance last price, and were not checked on-chain.

1) $EVAA (EVAAUSDT): +89.5% | Last 0.9527 | 24h range 0.5006 – 0.9586 | 24h vol 91.4M USDT

Repeat from the 23:00 brief. What changed: price 0.6983 to 0.9527, new high 0.9600 (was 0.7413), funding +0.0345% to +0.0463%, OI (coin) 8.02M to 11.58M. The 23:00 stop at 0.7700 was taken out.

Market diagnosis

- Funding: +0.0463% per 4h, 98th percentile (90-period average +0.0097%, max +0.0533%). Last five settlements: 0.026%, 0.027%, 0.014%, 0.023%, 0.040%. Longs pay more each time.

- OI (coin): 6.63M to 11.58M in 24h (+74.7%), +23.7% from 9.36M six hours ago. OI value 3.35M to 10.45M USDT.

- Positioning: 60.3% of accounts long (from 61.7%), top-trader position ratio 1.51–1.58, last 1.51. Taker buy/sell 0.94–1.03, neutral. The move is being carried by new positions, not aggressive market buying.

- Structure: 1h RSI 95.9, 4h RSI 94.0. The 1h close is 0.3% above its upper Bollinger band; the 4h close is 16.4% above. The 04:00 1h candle left a 48.9% upper wick at 0.9489, but the 05:00 candle closed near its high (6.4% wick). No divergence; MACD histograms on 1h and 4h are still expanding.

- MC/FDV: 6.62M circulating of 50M (PatternPlus, Messari). At 0.9527, MC is about 6.3M and FDV about 47.6M, MC/FDV about 13%. Perp OI of 10.4M USDT is roughly 1.65x market cap.

- 30-day unlocks: the project states 0.79% of supply per month (about 395K EVAA, about 6% of float). No dated unlock found. Not verified.

Short setup

- Stop first: SL on a 1h close above 1.0200.

- Resistance zone: 0.9489 – 0.9600 (the two most recent highs). Estimated short liquidations above a 0.9527 entry: about 0.972 (50x), about 1.000 (20x), about 1.048 (10x).

- Left-side entry: none at this point. The last candle closed at the high with no rejection, and I already had a stop hit here.

- Right-side entry (preferred): a 1h close below 0.8616 (the 04:00 low), with OI (coin) rolling over from 11.58M.

- TP1: 0.7624 (the 02:00 1h low). TP2: 0.6482 (1h Bollinger midline).

- Sizing: 0.5% account risk. The stop is about 18% from the right-side trigger, so the position is small by construction.

Risk notes

From what I've seen, a float this thin with OI larger than market cap moves on a handful of accounts, and the first stop on a parabolic name is rarely the last one. Volume quadrupled to 91M, so liquidity is better than at 23:00, but it can thin out fast once the move stops.

2) $AIN (AINUSDT): +130.7% | Last 0.1537 | 24h range 0.0608 – 0.1699 | 24h vol 710M USDT

Third appearance. What changed since 23:00: new high 0.1699, then OI (coin) went from a 6h-ago reading of 375.7M down to 328.7M, and funding eased from +0.1493% to +0.1026%.

Market diagnosis

- Funding: +0.1026% per 4h, 97th percentile (average +0.0191%, max +0.1493% at the prior settlement). Last five: 0.060%, 0.079%, 0.149%, 0.049%, 0.081%. Still expensive to be long, but past the peak.

- OI (coin): 301.8M to 328.7M in 24h (+8.9%), but -12.5% from 375.7M six hours ago. OI value 20.8M to 51.1M USDT. Positions are leaving while price holds near the highs.

- Positioning: top-trader position ratio eased from 1.58 to 1.53. Only about 22% of accounts are long, so the crowd is still short and the size is still long, but trimming. Taker buy/sell has fallen from 1.27 to 1.02–1.08.

- Structure: 1h RSI 69.7 (off 72.9), 4h RSI 94.3. The 1h MACD histogram fell from 0.0030 to -0.0006 over six bars, the first negative print. 1h bearish RSI and MACD divergence both flagged. The last four 1h candles left upper wicks of 45.6%, 55.7%, 41.1% and 39.1%; the 04:00 4h candle a 55.3% wick. Price is 16.5% below the 1h upper band, so the stretch is unwinding.

- MC/FDV: on CoinMarketCap's 318.96M circulating of 1B, MC is about 49.0M and FDV about 153.7M at 0.1537 (MC/FDV about 32%). Perp OI of 51.1M USDT is about the size of market cap.

- 30-day unlocks: a self-reported linear schedule of about 17.74M AIN per month was cited by a third party. Not verified.

Short setup

- Stop first: SL on a 1h close above 0.1750.

- Resistance zone: 0.1575 – 0.1699 (four failed 1h highs, then the 24h high). Estimated short liquidations above a 0.1537 entry: about 0.157 (50x), about 0.161 (20x), about 0.169 (10x).

- Left-side entry: small size on a rejection wick inside 0.1575 – 0.1610.

- Right-side entry (preferred): a 1h close below 0.1470 (the 02:00 low), with OI (coin) continuing to fall from 328.7M.

- TP1: 0.1323 (1h Bollinger midline). TP2: 0.1091 (12-hour 1h low).

- Sizing: risk 0.5–1% of the account. The stop is about 14% from 0.1537 and about 19% from the right-side trigger.

Risk notes

In my experience, the cleaner short on a squeeze comes after OI starts leaving rather than at peak funding, and that is the first time today the data says so. Funding still pays shorts about 0.6% a day, which helps carry, not timing. 710M of daily volume means the tape can still be pushed back through 0.170 quickly.

3) $BTW (BTWUSDT): +53.7% | Last 1.756 | 24h range 1.1417 – 1.7919 | 24h vol 128.4M USDT

Market diagnosis

- Funding: +0.0050% per 4h, the flat baseline. The 98th percentile reading is distorted by deeply negative history (90-period average -0.2917%, max +0.0125%). Last five: 0.005%, 0.005%, 0.005%, 0.005%, 0.009%. Nobody is paying up to be long.

- OI (coin): 18.55M to 19.35M in 24h (+4.3%), +5.0% from 18.43M six hours ago. OI value 22.2M to 31.6M USDT, almost all of it from price. This is not a leveraged chase.

- Positioning: top-trader position ratio drifted from 1.07 to 1.01; 40.4% of accounts long. Taker buy/sell 1.03–1.13, then 0.92 on the latest hour.

- Structure: 1h RSI 73.5, 4h RSI 57.9. The 1h close is 2.6% above its upper band; the 4h is 8.9% below its band. The 05:00 1h candle left a 27.2% upper wick at 1.7919. The 4h MACD histogram just crossed positive (from -0.0426 to +0.0380). Overhead: the 48-bar 4h high is 2.1569 and the Oct 23 high is 1.9792.

- MC/FDV: 10B max supply. Circulating 2.91B (CoinMarketCap, self-reported) or 1.506B (CoinGecko, Tokenomist). At 1.756, MC is about 5.11B or 2.64B, FDV about 17.6B (MC/FDV 15–29%). Sources disagree by almost 2x.

- 30-day unlocks: about 101.6M BTW (1.02% of supply) on Nov 2, 2026, 08:00 UTC (16:00 Taipei), per CoinMarketCap, Tokenomics.com and CryptoTicker; labels differ (Community/Ecosystem vs Backers). Amount agrees across sources; recipient not verified.

Short setup

- Stance: watch first. Flat funding and barely rising OI make this a spot-led breakout, not a crowded long. There is little fuel for a long squeeze.

- Stop first: SL on a 1h close above 1.8600.

- Resistance zone: 1.7919 – 1.9792.

- Left-side entry: none.

- Right-side entry only: a 1h close below 1.6105 (the 04:00 low), ideally with taker buy/sell staying under 1.0.

- TP1: 1.469 (1h Bollinger midline). TP2: 1.3059 (12-hour 1h low).

- Sizing: 0.5% account risk. The stop is about 15.5% from the trigger.

Risk notes

From what I've seen, shorting a move that leverage didn't build tends to mean fighting spot buyers with nothing to liquidate. The Nov 2 unlock is a real supply date, but it is five days out and about 1% of supply.

---

Position discipline

- Funding and OI on their own have shown no statistical edge for shorts. They tell you how large the next move can be, not its direction. Wait for structure to break.

- Set the stop first and size from it. Never move a stop further away.

- A fade typically sees 3–5% drawdown before it works, so keep leverage low and scale in. Don't chase a short after OI has already flushed 8% or more. AIN's 12.5% OI drop means part of that flush has happened, so wait for the 0.1470 break.

- EVAA ran through the previous brief's stop. Treat that as information, not something to win back.

- These are three separate theses. Don't run them at full size together.

This is not investment advice. Leverage can lose more than you plan for.
