Spicenet announced that the company completed a $5 million Series A funding round led by dao5, with Babylon and Astrarizon also participating. Total funding reached $8 million after an earlier $3 million seed round. Spicenet will use the new funding to launch Spice Edge and the SPICE token and supply initial liquidity for network products. Spice Edge will soon enter beta with Derive as the first partner.
