Understanding liquidity is one of the most important skills in crypto trading! 🧠📉

Your Stop Loss (SL) can be placed near the same levels where many retail traders put their stop orders. Sometimes, the market moves to those levels, triggers stop losses, and then reverses in the opposite direction.

🔻 Short SL Hit → The Market May Move Down
🔺 Long SL Hit → The Market May Move Up

Let's take $ZEC as an example.

Suppose you open a short position at $1,250 and place a tight Stop Loss at $1,275–$1,285.

The market might move upward first, hit your SL, and then drop sharply. This can happen when price moves through areas where liquidity is concentrated.

That's why, if you want to understand the market, you need to understand liquidity! 💡

📉 What's happening with $BTC and $ETH ?

Currently, I'm watching price movements to see whether the market is targeting liquidity around positions held by long traders.

As a signal provider, checking charts in the morning and evening has become part of my daily routine. I pay close attention to price action, liquidity zones, and market structure.

🎯 A Simple Trading Observation:
🔴 Look for potential short entries after an upward move, when a green candle approaches resistance and bearish confirmation appears.
🟢 Look for potential long entries after a downward move, when a red candle approaches support and bullish confirmation appears.

⚠️ Remember: A green candle doesn't automatically mean you should short, and a red candle doesn't automatically mean you should go long. Always look for confirmation.

🤔 But the big question is: How do we know where the market will rise or fall?

There is no guaranteed way to predict every market move. However, you can improve your trading skills by:

✅ Studying charts regularly.
✅ Practicing technical analysis.
✅ Understanding liquidity and market structure.
✅ Following crypto news and major economic events.
✅ Learning from experienced traders without blindly copying them.
✅ Using proper Stop Losses and risk management.

💰 One final thought:

In trading, one day's profit can sometimes equal another person's entire year's salary. But remember, losses can be just as significant.

Therefore, learn from professional traders, understand why they make their decisions, and never follow anyone blindly.

Study consistently. Practice with discipline. Manage your risk.

With time, patience, and experience, you can develop the skills to become a more professional trader yourself! 🚀
