On-chain trading platform Grvt subscribed to tokenized financing notes arranged by Mirae Asset Securities' Hong Kong subsidiary under an affiliate's structured notes program. Grvt plans to use the associated exposure for Grvt Earn, Grvt's yield product, subject to applicable requirements. Both parties said they will explore tokenized treasuries, corporate bonds and ETFs without commitment, subject to regulatory approval.
