Wall Street just gave a Bitcoin miner more room to build for AI.

TeraWulf (WULF) amended its Morgan Stanley-led revolving credit facility on Oct 23 (SEC 8-K):
• Commitments up from $250M to ~$400M
• Uncommitted accordion for ~$150M more (needs new lender commitments)
• The $150M letter-of-credit sublimit is removed
• Collateral can be released once certain conditions are met

Why it matters: miners are turning power sites into AI/HPC capacity, and bank credit lines are becoming part of that playbook. Less pressure to sell mined $BTC to fund buildouts could ease one source of supply, but more leverage also means more balance-sheet risk.

BTC sits at 80,900 (+0.05% 24h, Binance spot 14:16 KST), with a 14-day range of 79,221 to 84,898.

Bull case: cheaper capital speeds up AI pivots and steadier revenue cuts forced BTC selling.
Bear case: the accordion isn't committed, AI demand could cool, and the full terms only arrive with the Q3 10-Q.

Are AI pivots good for Bitcoin, or a sign mining margins are too thin?
