Deposit on OKX in small amounts and quickly (8000-1000 Pi/5-6 minutes)
Withdraw from OKX in large amounts and slowly (millions of Pi after a few days or weeks)

You say PCT is dumping Pi, but the withdrawals are even more than the deposits
