I look at five things when evaluating a project:

1. What real problem does it solve?
2. Is the technology useful?
3. How are the tokens distributed?
4. Is token unlocking likely to create selling pressure?
5. Is the community interested in the product — or only the price?

A trending coin isn't automatically a strong project.
