According to Trader T on October 21, the 12 US spot-Bitcoin ETFs recorded combined net inflows of $23.19 million in the previous session. That marked a second straight trading day of net inflows.
BlackRock's IBIT led with $29.9 million in inflows. Fidelity's FBTC added $3.58 million.
Bitwise's BITB, by contrast, posted $10.29 million in outflows. The remaining products saw no net flows. Despite the day's inflows, cumulative flows for October remained negative. US spot-Bitcoin ETFs have recorded net outflows of $65.1 million so far this month.
For 2026 as a whole, however, the broader inflow trend remains intact. Cumulative net inflows since the start of the year stood at $865.3 million.
