$GTC has climbed from around $0.15625 to $0.32470 and is now trading near $0.29566. After pulling back from its recent high, the price has recovered strongly and is testing the upper range again. If $GTC breaks above $0.30491 and then clears $0.32470, another move toward my long target of $0.35 could be possible. But if it fails to break through, a pullback toward $0.259 may happen first.
