Before a Large Payout, Check More Than Just the Balance Let’s say a company needs to pay a contractor a large amount on time. The funds are ready, the payment details are checked, and the deadline is clear. But when the team tries to send the payment in $BTC , it turns out that the current limit is lower than the amount due. The payment then has to be split into several transfers. Some may go through right away, while others may be sent for additional review. In the end, the full amount arrives, but only after the deadline. The problem actually started earlier: the limit was set when the company was still working with small test amounts, and nobody reviewed it later. For the team responsible for payments, this is a reason to look at more than whether a provider supports on/off-ramp. It is important to know the limit per transaction and per day, how those limits can be changed, which documents may be required, and what happens if payment volumes grow quickly. In the new Medium article, I compare how this works with WhiteBIT On/Off-Ramp, Transak Corporate On/Off Ramp, and OpenPayd On/Off Ramp. WhiteBIT publishes a daily EUR limit, Transak lists a maximum size for one corporate transaction in the UK and US, while OpenPayd does not publish one universal maximum. That is why these numbers cannot simply be placed side by side and compared by which one is bigger. At the end of the article, there is a short checklist of what to review before the first large payout, so the limit does not become a problem on the day of the deadline. 👉 Read the article: https://medium.com/@Vin_Coop/planning-a-large-payout-check-the-limits-before-payment-day-01e04f461769?postPublishedType=repub
