Vitalik just dropped a new experiment: "Paranoid Mode" for AI agents. 🕵️♂️
The goal? Keep your AI prompts, identity, and payments private.
Here’s how it works:
🧵👇
1️⃣ Tor Circuits: Each conversation spins up a separate Tor route to mask your IP/location.
2️⃣ zkAPI Payments: Settles on Ethereum mainnet using ETH or USDC without revealing payment details.
3️⃣ Cover Traffic & Local Rewriting: Obfuscates user activity before it ever hits the provider.
⚠️ Is it bulletproof? Not quite yet.
AI providers can still see the rewritten prompts, and timing analysis could leak info. Plus, zkAPI fees are still a bit high (though Vitalik promises cheaper fees soon).
📉 Impact on $ETH? None for now—it's still an early-stage prototype with no clear price impact or mass adoption yet.
