Take a look at that candle near the top. Price pushed hard above the range, wicked higher, and squeezed out a lot of short positions. At first, it looked like a breakout, but the problem is that price couldn’t hold those higher levels.
Now I’m watching closely because traders who bought that spike could get caught if the price starts moving lower.
There’s a liquidity zone around $0.59–$0.60, and that’s where I think price could be heading next.
The move up has already put pressure on the shorts. Now, if momentum flips, those late buyers could be the ones feeling the heat.
