A US federal judge rejected a joint Gemini–CFTC request to unwind their $5 million settlement. The court noted Gemini had settled on its own three weeks before trial, and that later policy changes are not grounds to reopen the judgment.

On the tokenization side, Multiliquid, a settlement platform for tokenized assets, raised $8 million across pre-seed and seed. Polychain led the seed round.
