The real issue with vague crypto regulations? There's always another "clarification" coming.

When devs ask if they're legal, we say: "Don't worry, we have good relationships with the Administration."

That's not good enough.

Devs should get a clear answer they can rely on for YEARS—not political favors or backroom deals.

Until then, we're building in regulatory quicksand.
