Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) expressed surprise that Solana can advertise and establish offices in China while BNB Chain has yet to do the same, saying he hopes conditions that benefit one industry player can extend to others. His remarks followed a post by Solana Foundation Chief Strategy Officer Rachel Conlan showcasing a new Shanghai office and Solana branding across the city's skyline. Conlan, formerly Binance's global chief marketing officer, joined the Solana Foundation in September 2026.
