📰 Binance says goodbye: EPIC and QUICK are getting delisted 👀
Binance confirmed on Oct 14 it will remove Epic Chain and QuickSwap from spot trading on Oct 28, with services shutting down in stages. $QUICK is down 28% in 24h to $0.00714 while $EPIC fell 26% to $0.32, and $PYR (from the August delisting batch) is still down 57% today.
The real deadline is not Oct 28. Futures block new positions from Oct 20 08:30 UTC and auto-settle at 09:00, margin positions are removed at 10:00, and Simple Earn follows on Oct 21. After Oct 29 deposits stop being credited entirely, and withdrawals end Dec 28. Binance says delisted tokens may be converted to stablecoins after Dec 29, but that is not guaranteed. This is forced selling with a clock on it, and the August batch (ACX, HFT, PIVX, PYR, VANRY, VIC) showed the same playbook: the announcement itself is the selloff, the spot removal date is just the paperwork.
