The White House just said it's exploring ways to accumulate MORE Bitcoin for the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. The catch? It has to be "budget-neutral" — no new taxpayer dollars.
Executive Director Patrick Witt told Lark Davis the administration is hunting for legal ways to grow the stack. Outright market purchases need Congress to authorize AND fund them — and crypto is still politically radioactive on Capitol Hill.
