I used to redraw my gold ranges every time a wick stuck out. Felt rigorous. Was mostly noise.

Now I draw the box from candle bodies — where most closes actually live. A wick that spikes out and comes back isn't a new edge; it's a failed breakout. Failed breakouts don't break the range. They prove it.

Same chart, fewer lines, clearer "no trade" in the middle. Edge work got quieter. That quiet is the edge.

以前黄金一出影线我就重画区间，觉得自己很严谨，其实多半是噪音。

现在区间边用K线实体定——大多数收盘真正待过的地方。影线戳出去又收回，不是新边，是失败突破。失败突破打不破区间，反而证明区间成立。

同一张图，线更少，中间「不做」更清楚。画边变安静了。那份安静，才是优势。
