Look at the 1H chart... buyers pushed price back above $8 and now testing that crucial $8.07 resistance again.
A 1H close above $8.07 followed by a successful retest would give us much better breakout confirmation.

The interesting thing is that INJ has recovered almost 15% from $7 lows and buyers are still pushing near the previous resistance around $8.19...
But guys... $8.07 is still a resistance until price actually confirms the breakout.
