473 MILLION $XRP is now backing a Nasdaq-listed company. But this isn't an XRP ETF.

Evernorth has officially debuted on Nasdaq under ticker XRPN, following its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on October 12.

The company holds approximately 473 million XRP, giving traditional investors exposure to an XRP-focused corporate treasury without directly holding the token.

What makes this interesting is Evernorth's strategy.

Rather than simply holding XRP, the company plans to deploy part of its treasury into DeFi and other ecosystem activities, aiming to increase XRP holdings per share over time.

But there's a catch.

XRPN shares may trade above or below the value of the underlying assets, while DeFi risks, operating costs and potential dilution could affect returns.

The real test isn't how much XRP Evernorth owns, but whether it can grow XRP per share sustainably.

Would you rather hold $XRP directly or invest through $XRPN?
