I have adopted the approach of looking at “top gainers” based on the volume/liquidity confirmation criteria with a 24-hour bullish trend, but I do not have a full live gainer ranking available at this time.
As a market reference, BTC is currently at $84,072.01, up about +1.10% in the current session on 2026-10-12. Its 24-hour high was $84,290.00 and its low was $82,975.37—meaning there is movement in the larger coins as well, but chasing smaller gainers based on percentage alone can be quite risky.
There are usually 3 things to look for in a top gainer:
The 24h volume has actually increased or the price has just jumped in low liquidity.
The coin is consistently trading near its 24h high or is rapidly retracing after a bullish trend.
Is there a clear news/listing/on-chain reason or is it just short-term hype?
