#Orca and #Loopscale have merged into #Formation , a New York City-based company led by Loopscale co-founder Luke Truitt as CEO, with Mary Gooneratne as COO and Christopher Montagano as Chief Strategy & Legal Officer. Formation combines Orca’s trading and liquidity infrastructure with Loopscale’s credit and vault infrastructure. Built on both protocols, it provides issuers with a unified path from issuance to scale and allocators with a single platform to access assets and related strategies.
The merger will not affect how users access or interact with $ORCA or Loopscale. Both applications will continue operating as usual, with existing positions, loans, and vault deposits remaining unaffected.
