🚨 $API3 LONG SETUP — SHORTS LOOK CROWDED! 🚨
One of you asked me to check $API3 , so I went through the chart carefully 👇
API3 already had a strong run, swept the highs around 0.395, and then corrected back toward the key 0.30 demand zone.
What caught my attention? 👀
🔻 Funding is extremely negative → shorts are getting crowded
📉 Open Interest dropped heavily → a lot of leverage has already been flushed
Because of this, I wouldn’t chase a SHORT after the dump. Instead, I’m watching for a possible LONG squeeze setup.
