The U.S. Government Is Offering Startups Up to 1.55 MILLION Dollars — for 0% Equity.

NSF’s America’s Seed Fund is back after Congress reauthorized the program through 2031. Eligible U.S. startups can receive up to 305,000 dollars in Phase I and 1.25 million dollars in Phase II, or up to 1.55 million dollars through Fast-Track.

The catch? This isn’t funding for ordinary apps or marketing. NSF is targeting high-risk R&D and defensible deep tech.

Founders keep their company and IP. The government takes 0% equity.
