🎉🎉⚠️ Leverage can make profit bigger, but it can also make loss bigger very quickly.

In crypto, sometimes we see people talking about futures trading and big profits. Because of this, many beginners think leverage is an easy way to make more money with a small amount of capital.

But the risk is also much higher.

When we use high leverage, even a small price move in the wrong direction can cause a big loss. In some cases, the position can be liquidated very quickly.

This is why I think beginners should be very careful with leverage.

The market can move suddenly because of news, Bitcoin movement or strong buying and selling pressure. Even if our prediction is correct in the long term, a short-term price move can still hurt a leveraged position.

For me, making a small profit without taking too much risk is better than trying to make a huge profit from one trade.

If someone decides to use futures, understanding liquidation, margin, stop loss and position size is very important. We should know the risk before opening the trade, not after the trade starts going against us.

📌 Don't use high leverage just because you want fast profit.

Crypto is already a risky market. Adding too much leverage can make that risk even bigger.

There is no shame in using less leverage or simply staying away from futures. Protecting our money should always come first.

💬 What do you think about leverage?

Is it a useful tool when used carefully, or is it too risky for beginners?
