💧 DAY 2: LIQUIDITY HIGHS & LOWS — THE FUEL OF THE MARKET

Liquidity sirf support aur resistance nahi hotiyeh woh areas hain jahan clustered orders market movement ko accelerate kar sakte hain.

Welcome back, traders!
Day 1 mein humne Market Structure samjha. Aaj hum us element par focus karenge jo price ke sharp moves ke peeche aksar nazar aata hai: Liquidity (Highs & Lows).

Large market participants ko sizeable orders execute karne ke liye depth aur volume chahiye hota hai. Is liye price aksar un zones ki taraf move karta hai jahan stop-losses aur pending breakout/breakdown orders cluster hote hain.

🌊 Understanding Static & External Liquidity Pockets

1️⃣ Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL)

Kahan hoti hai?
Previous swing highs, equal highs, aur major resistance ke upar.
$ETH

Logic:
Yahan short positions ke stop-losses aur breakout buyers ke buy-stop orders accumulate ho sakte hain.

Market behavior:
Price in highs ko test ya sweep kar sakta hai. Agar breakout sustain na ho aur price range ke andar wapas aaye, to rejection ka signal mil sakta hai—lekin confirmation ke liye structure aur volume ko bhi dekhein.

2️⃣ Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL)

Kahan hoti hai?
Previous swing lows, equal lows, aur major support ke neeche.
$SOL

Logic:
Yahan long positions ke stop-losses aur breakdown sellers ke sell orders cluster ho sakte hain.

Market behavior:
Price lows ko briefly sweep karke wapas range ke andar aa sakta hai. Is situation mein sirf wick dekh kar conclusion na nikalein; market structure aur follow-through zaroor check karein.

3️⃣ The Liquidity Sweep Trap (SFP)

Har structural break genuine breakout nahi hota.
