However, that does NOT mean 473M XRP was freshly bought:
SEC filings show 84.37M XRP was purchased with $214M cash at an average price of $2.5366.
Roughly 389M XRP came through contributions/subscriptions.
At XRP’s current price of around $1.52, the stated treasury is valued at roughly $719M.
So, Oct. 8 becomes a real market test:
Will investors value XRPN above, around, or below the actual XRP it holds?
Can Evernorth actually grow XRP per share without excessive dilution?
That is the exact metric I am watching — not just the headline numbers.
