The Bitget attacker has continued moving stolen $ZEC into Zcash’s new Ironwood shielded pool.
🔹 Around 18,917 ZEC was stolen from Bitget
🔹 Blockchain researchers have confirmed thousands of ZEC have since entered Ironwood
🔹 Bitquery reported 3,259 ZEC had entered the pool by Sept. 30
🔹 Once funds enter the shielded pool, the public blockchain no longer reveals the sender, recipient or amount of subsequent transfers
🔎 The movement is still being monitored through on-chain analysis as investigators track funds entering and leaving the shielded system.
