🚨 One mistake I see constantly: treating every breakout as an automatic entry.
Price breaks resistance.
Big green candle appears.
FOMO begins.
But I’d rather ask:
✅ Did volume confirm the breakout?
✅ Did the price actually close above resistance?
✅ Has the level been retested?
✅ Is the wider trend supporting the move?
✅ Where is my stop if the breakout fails?
✅ Is there at least 1.5R potential?
Sometimes the first breakout candle is the worst possible place to enter.
Waiting for confirmation might mean missing a trade.
That's okay.
Protecting capital matters more than catching every move.
