Binance ka MiCA license reject ho gaya tha, lekin exchange abhi bhi EU me services de raha hai. Ab EU regulators ne notice le liya hai.
Binance keh raha hai wo "Reverse Solicitation" rule ke under kaam kar raha hai, matlab users khud aa rahe hain.
Lekin EU ka jawab:
"The reverse solicitation exemption should be understood as very narrowly framed. It should be regarded as the exception and not be used to circumvent MiCA requirements," ESMA told the FT.
Matlab saaf hai, ye bahana nahi chale ga!
Ab Binance ko fine lag sakta hai ya EU se nikalna par sakta hai.
Binance ka official bayan:
"Binance complies with applicable regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates and is actively working toward becoming MiCA-authorised."Aap kya sochte ho?
